Track member engagement levels to deliver a better member experience

Here’s one way to gauge your members’ engagement levels.

As an association professional, you understand the importance of member engagement to your association’s long-term success. It’s how you keep members renewing year after year.  

That’s why it’s a top priority for many associations. In the 2022 Association Trends Study by Community Brands, association professionals say that improving member engagement opportunities and enhancing the member experience are top goals for their associations.

But how do you determine how engaged your members are with your association? 

Just think if you had a way to easily monitor and analyze member engagement. It could help you deepen your relationship with members and improve the member experience – ultimately helping you to boost member retention.
