She has spent over ten years developing and leading high-performing strategies for associations, resulting in millions of dollars in non-dues revenue, events, and continuing education programs. Michelle is passionate about driving long-term growth for member-based organizations and working alongside a fun, creative marketing team. She currently lives in sunny Florida and enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two kids.
