ST. PETERSBURG, FL – January 25, 2016 – YourMembership (YM), the leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for associations, announces Michael Branca as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Branca joins YourMembership from Intelident Solutions, where he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Branca brings 20 years of extensive private and public company strategic and financial planning, corporate finance, M&A, and investor relations experience to YM, along with a deep appreciation for YourMembership’s vision and mission to be the recognized leader at connecting people and organizations to what they value most.

Throughout his career, Branca has had a successful track record as a senior financial executive with software and technology companies; creating value through strategy development, building teams and strong operational execution. During this period, Mr. Branca has had extensive M&A experience; acquiring eight companies and exiting three private equity portfolio companies totaling $1.3B. He began his career at IBM where he spent 13 years.

Mr. Branca resides in the greater Tampa-St. Petersburg area, has an MBA from the University of Scranton and a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
