call for presentations now open
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — YourMembership (YM), a leading cloud-based software provider for associations and member-based organizations worldwide, today announced its third annual conference, Xperience 2017—A Conference for Everyone, which will take place April 23 – 26, 2017 at the Walt Disney Swan & Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Fla. The conference theme, School of Membership and Engagement—modeled after the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from Harry Potter books and cinema, will explore ways organizations must adapt to the ever-changing, technology-driven world to make better, stronger connections with their members and grow revenue.
“As YourMembership evolves, so does the annual Xperience conference. Not only will Xperience 2017 offer rich user training delivered by peers and industry experts using YM products, we’re also producing programs designed for executives, industry partners and customers striving to stay ahead in strategy, leadership and technology,” said JP Guilbault, CEO of YourMembership. “YM is known for leading the advancement of member-based technology, and Xperience 2017 will showcase that to the industry’s leadership. Through this conference, we are making an impact within every area it touches, from showcasing West Central Florida to changing the way our customers do business and to building associations for the future.”
YM’s Xperience conference in 2016 drew more than 300 association and nonprofit industry professionals and leaders to St. Petersburg, Fla. The four-day event featured a keynote by Alex Goldfayn, CEO of the Evangelist Marketing Institute and author of “The Revenue Growth Habit,” and brought attendees together to network, share best practices and learn about the latest trends in business and technology to help organizations engage members and advance their missions.
Xperience 2017 promises to set the bar even higher, bringing together more than 500 associations and industry partners. The event will feature workshops, consultation labs and interactive sessions, as well as Guilbault leading a session addressing YM’s strategic direction in support of the industry and its expectations. The focus is to provide all organizations with the tools, technology and know-how to create world-class member experiences and build associations for the future.
Attendees will have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one training sessions with YM’s support team and participate in educational programming aligned for executives, strategies and technology. Those tracks will include sessions for:
- Executive Leadership & Vision
- Technology Showcase
- Professional Development
- Real-World Use Cases
- YM Products & Product Roadmap
