Our elves have been hard at work all year long to make sure you get the most of your YM system – providing answers to your unique questions, solutions to your problems, and support and training for your team. We want to sincerely thank you for being part of the YM family this past year and look forward to a wonderful year ahead of us.
In 2018, our support team grew by 25 percent and this growth has empowered us to provide faster response times to your tickets and emails. We would like to introduce the newest members of our team, plus a change in support leadership!
With a greater team, comes greater responsibility, so we would like to introduce our two Support Supervisors that are leading the team to victory:
Chelsea Van Solkema & Cireena Katto
Chelsea has been with YM since 2010, working within the marketing and support departments. If you’ve ever called into the support phone line within the last 3 years, you’ve probably spoken to her before. Cireena, who was once an administrative user of YM, joined the YM team in 2015 and brought with her a wealth of invaluable knowledge and experience from a customer’s perspective. Both Cireena and Chelsea work very close with the product and development teams to ensure that product enhancements and bug fixes are prioritized to best suit our customer’s needs.
So, what should we look for in 2019?
The support team is developing some new 2.0 trainings for our more experienced users to learn some hot tips and tricks. In addition, we will be bringing in a few more fresh faces to help our support team grow even more.
