Associations, and almost any membership organization, continue to be challenged by change management. Books are written about it and a lot of time and effort has been spent talking about how to deal with it. Change management is a tough subject that isn’t going away any time soon, so how can we be proactive about it?

She shared tips on how you can build comfort and space for change to embrace the new opportunities and challenges it presents to your organization’s future. If you weren’t able to attend, you can watch the recorded version on the YM YouTube Channel.

Jen and I met again recently for Episode 21 of Ask the Thought Leader, where she discussed how your organization can get start finding success in change. (interview link below)
