YM Careers is excited to announce a new, free Resume Critique service for job seekers that will be added to the Career Center platform by January 31, 2016. This service is designed to make your Career Center even more valuable as a career development tool. Job seekers on your site will have the option to request a free, confidential resume evaluation from a professional resume expert and writer from TopResume, our trusted partner and leader in the resume/career coach industry.
Job seekers will be able to opt-in to the Resume Critique feature during the resume upload process and within the resume management section of the Job Seeker’s account. Within 48 hours of opt-in, a detailed, custom email will be sent to the job seeker outlining his or her resume’s specific strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions to ensure the job seeker has the best chance of getting interviewed! For job seekers interested in deeper assistance, TopResume also offers full resume writing services. This is a separate, paid service with no obligation to participate, that would be between the job seeker and TopResume.
