Names New Chief Operating Officer

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Inc., a leading global provider of online member communities and membership software, today announced the appointment of JP Guilbault to the company’s newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.

In this position, Guilbault directly will guide the company's overall sales initiatives and revenue generating functions, and have responsibility that includes driving growth domestically and internationally through existing markets, channels and new verticals. Guilbault also will oversee Directory Solutions, a division of the company that provides online buyer’s guides to’s existing customer base.

Guilbault joins with more than 20 years experience in established, high-growth and early stage SaaS and technology companies. Prior to joining, Guilbault served as vice president of sales and indirect channels with Constant Contact Inc., where the company recognized double-digit revenue growth and reached 500,000+ customers. Prior to Constant Contact, Guilbault served as the vice president of small business division customer care and sales at Intuit Inc., where he helped elevate the company to become the preeminent provider of business and financial management software. Guilbault also previously served as area manager, US sales and information services with Dun & Bradstreet. He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
