YourMembership.com Launches New Contact Management Tools

PETERSBURG, Fla. – YourMembership.com Inc., a St. Petersburg-based provider of online member communities, today announced the launch of two new contact management tools, Touch Logs and Reminders, that enhance member management functionality for all YourMembership.com clients. As with all product upgrades and enhancements, Touch Logs and Reminders are immediately available to all YourMembership.com clients at no additional cost.

With the new member management tools, YourMembership.com's clients can better monitor, manage and schedule communications on an individual member, or even non-member, basis.

The new Touch Logs are notes, or records, of when contact was made with an individual member or non-member, and Reminders allow community administrators to set follow-up dates and specific information for individual members or non-members. The new tools also present each administrator with his or her past due, current and upcoming Reminders on the intuitive YourDashboard page.
