YourMembership.com Inc., a leading global provider of web-based membership software and online communities, today announced the launch of several new product enhancements and features that help member-based organizations simplify and streamline member management processes. New features include auto-created touch logs, new prorated dues options, and enhanced master/sub-account management.

Within the YourMembership.com membership management software database, certain member actions now result in automatic creation of touch logs (or histories of member activities). A touch log entry will be created automatically when a member performs any of the following actions:

Renews their membership

Changes member type

Joins or leaves a group

Changes subscription settings for blogs, forums and NOW! Feed

Uploads their resumé

Opts out of email

Earns a CEU award

YourMembership.com also launched new membership configuration options to support an even greater range of online dues collection processes. Now, organizations may choose to prorate annual dues payments, provide an expiration grace period, and adjust the way in which expiration dates are calculated.

New master/sub account enhancements also simplify membership management by making it easier for administrators to associate sub-accounts to corresponding master account records.
