ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – YourMembership.com, a leading global provider of web-based membership software and online member community solutions, today announced several new invoicing enhancements to its ecommerce systems designed to improve invoicing and accounting processes and flow.

With the invoicing enhancements, the YourMembership.com dues, donations and estorefront commerce systems now provide printable invoices available via auto-email notification and their respective payment “thank you” pages. Administrators also easily can customize each invoice header and footer to include payment remittance information and other pertinent billing information.

YourMembership.com's latest invoicing enhancements also include unique invoice numbers for each submitted transaction and new database fields for check number, reference number and payment terms. These three new fields are included in transaction exports and the YourMembership.com application programming interface (API) for integration with other third-party or offline systems.

Recent enhancements also include a more-robust transaction search across each of the three commerce systems, and administrators now can easily re-send invoices via email for a specific transaction or group of transactions based on the search performed.

The new invoicing enhancements also deliver an increased level of accountability, as each commerce system now automatically documents and records which administrator closes out a transaction.
