PETERSBURG, Fla. – YourMembership.com Inc., a leading global provider of online member communities and membership management software, recently launched several new product features that allow organizations to deliver added value to their members. YourMembership.com's new features include promotional codes, personal file libraries, automated e-newsletters, and community activity reports.

Promotional Codes & Member-Specific Pricing YourMembership.com’s new promotional codes system enables community administrators to set differing values for membership fees within the membership dues system. Now, administrators can create promo codes for either an amount off or a percentage off a membership fee. In addition, promo codes may be set to expire on a specific date and may apply to one or many memberships.

Within the online store that is included with each YourMembership.com community, administrators may also set member-type-specific pricing on a per-item basis with the default pricing visible and available for non-members. This helps add increased value to different member types and membership levels.

Personal File Libraries
In addition to the site-wide file library system that enables members to share documents and collaborate on projects, YourMembership.com recently unveiled the new personal file library system. With this new feature, a member can maintain his/her own files and links within a personal file library that is associated with that member's profile. The new personal file library system enables members to add up to 100 documents, files and/or links to their personal file libraries – and members may add descriptions to each file/link and mark the file/link as visible or hidden (private) within their online profiles.

Auto-Generated e-Newsletters
The new automated e-newsletter feature automatically emails each member a group digest of his/her primary group on a monthly basis – with no administrative input, design or effort required.

This auto-generated digest includes recent blog posts, members who updated their profiles, new photos added and related news – all encouraging community members to log into the site, interact and connect with their fellow members. Additionally, members may subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletters of any other groups in which they belong.

Community Activity Reports
"The rule of thumb for user-generated content within most online member communities is that about one percent of your members will contribute 90+ percent of your community's user-generated content," said David Sieg, vice president of strategic marketing with YourMembership.com. "With our new reporting tools, we make it easy for community administrators to identify these top contributors."

YourMembership.com's new pre-built reports allow community administrators to quickly and easily run reports that identify power users within their organizations' online communities. With a simple click, administrators can find their top blog posters, top photo contributors, top message senders, and more – over a user-defined period of time.
