They can search by name, company, location, groups, professional industry or custom data; search members and non-members (if applicable); invite members to connect with them/become part of their connections list; quick-link to member profiles; view mini-profiles as returned by search results; view maps of member addresses; email and message members directly from the site; and cross-reference by maiden name (if applicable).
