Groups, Committees + Chapters
Groups, committees and/or chapters are a great way to divide your larger group and allow them to find the areas of interest that best suit them. Members can browse available groups and select the groups they’d like to join; access group homepages; browse group member profiles. If there’s a private group they’d like to join, members can request permission to join it. You can assign a member as a group administrator.
Within a group, members can collaborate with other members via private group content, wikis, forums, blogs and file libraries; view group activity feed, post to a group wall; view, post, tag and subscribe to group blogs; register for group-specific events; view related group news; and send messages to groups members. They can also view post and tag photos in group galleries as well as view, post and collaborate within group forums.
