William H. Stover Jr.

CEO + President

As YourMembership.com's CEO, president and co-founder, Bill drives the overall direction of the company. During the mid-1990s Bill served as senior project manager at New Media Publishing (NMP) in Washington, D.C. NMP was a leading developer of websites and applications for major nonprofits and corporations around the globe including: The World Wildlife Fund, C.S. Mott Foundation, National Trust for Historic Preservation, The Nature Conservancy, MCI WorldCom and UNICEF.

In 1998 Bill co-founded DataGlyphics Inc., a custom web application and development company with clients that included: Nokia Mobile Phones, Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, The Poynter Institute and The Institute for Business & Home Safety. In addition to managing the growth of DataGlyphics' custom development clients, he focused on in-house product development including the creation and sale of FlashPhotos.com to BPS/Kodak. In 2000 Bill and Hutch Craig organized the spin off of another of DataGlyphics' creation, called YourAlumni.com, into its own corporation - YourMembership.com Inc.

Today, Bill serves as the CEO and president of YourMembership.com, and his responsibilities include driving the overall direction of the organization and managing the global expansion of YourMembership.com.

Bill earned a bachelor's degree in mass media and a minor in economics from Denison University and has been listed in the Who's Who in Technology in Tampa Bay 2004, 40 under 40 Rising Stars of 2002, and lead DataGlyphics to winning the 2004 Thomas R. Connolly Technology Company of the Year Award. Bill has also guided YourMembership.com to numerous national and international awards – including six straight WebAwards, several W3 Awards and Technology Company of the Year presented by the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

Years ago I read Neuromancer by William Gibson. The idea of vast, complex, interconnected, computer networks accessed by only a few struck me. The early Internet resembled this secret world as only the most skilled (nerdy) dared to venture. Now complex networks have become part of our daily routine with one difference. They're interconnected by easy-to-use applications and devices that allow even the novice user access. It’s exciting to me to be part of a company that builds these tools, converged onto a single platform, that our clients can use to leverage this otherwise vast and complex network. M. M. Hutcheson Craig

CTO + Co-Founder

As YourMembership.com's Chief Technology Officer and co-founder, Hutch leads the SaaS development team, managed services division and oversees the on-site network operation center of the company.

Hutch previously worked with American Information Systems (AIS), the largest ISP in Chicago that was later acquired by Exodus Communications. There, as a software/systems engineer, he began his system administration and programming career just as the commercial Internet began. Hutch helped architect some of the first Microsoft ASP and Site Server based websites, and during his career at AIS he worked with Microsoft in conjunction with COMDEX to roll out the official release of Site Server. His backend systems and programming integration clients included: L'eggs, Sara Lee, Crain's Chicago Business, the American Marketing Association and Follett Corp.

Prior to YourMembership.com, Hutch co-founded DataGlyphics Inc. and served as the web development company's chief software architect. With DataGlyphics, he guided the groundbreaking development of the original FlashPhotos.com application. In 2000, Hutch (and CEO Bill Stover) organized the spin off of another DataGlyphics creation, YourAlumni.com, into its own corporation, called YourMembership.com Inc.

Hutch earned a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Miami and holds MCSE, MCP, and MCP + Internet certifications from Microsoft.

I chose accounting because of the structure of the field. I’m fascinated by the rules, consistency and problem-solving involved. The technology field is very similar in its symmetry and attention to detail. Chief Financial Officer

As YourMembership.com’s Chief Financial Officer, Greg oversees all financial operations of the company - including financial strategy and planning - as well as its influence on critical aspects of the business.

Prior to joining YourMembership.com, Greg served as VP Finance and Business Operations for Compass America, an IT Management Consulting company located in Chicago, as well as various other technology-related companies. During this time he was responsible for financial operations, HR and legal, and helped to integrate acquisitions, implement accounting systems and raise capital. Greg began his career with public accounting firm KPMG.

Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting from Illinois State University and is a CPA (Illinois).

Success is simple (but not easy). Focus on your customer being the most important person in your business because there is no marketing spin for sucking. Then hire and surround yourself with passionate people who desire to excel and learn. Customers will feel it and get excited to be a part of it all. JP Guilbault

Chief Operating Officer

As YourMembership.com’s Chief Operating Officer, JP directly guides the company’s overall sales initiatives and revenue generating functions and has responsibility that includes driving growth domestically and internationally through existing markets, channels and new verticals. JP also oversees Directory Solutions, a division of the company that provides online buyer’s guides to YourMembership.com’s existing customer base.

JP joins YourMembership.com with more than 20 years experience in established, high-growth and early stage SaaS and technology companies. Prior to YourMembership.com, JP served as vice president of sales and indirect channels with Constant Contact Inc., where the company recognized double-digit revenue growth and reached 500,000+ customers. Prior to Constant Contact, JP served as the vice president of small business division customer care and sales at Intuit Inc., where he helped elevate the company to become the preeminent provider of business and financial management software. JP also previously served as area manager, US sales and information services with Dun & Bradstreet. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

My love of computers and technology began when the older brother of a friend showed me a game he had written – I was only nine years old at the time, but I knew I wanted to be a programmer. My first computer was an Atari 400 complete with audio-tape storage device. How's that for old school?

Vice President, Software Development

As vice president of software development, and chief architect of the YourMembership.com platform, Mark manages a dedicated team of in-house developers practicing the agile methodology. His responsibilities include guiding the future development of the YourMembership.com SaaS-model solution while continually ensuring the highest levels of product quality and performance.

Mark began architecting web applications professionally in 1996. He was chief architect of the first web-based ringtone sales and delivery solution in North America for Nokia L.A.

Mark is a ScrumAlliance certified ScrumMaster.

My passion for design began in middle school when I taught myself HTML and began building/maintaining fan-based websites. The ever-changing online landscape created endless possibilities for creative expression and drives me to keep designing to this day. I love brands that are simple and friendly. Sites and marketing materials should be straightforward, purposeful and intuitive. Cheriana Griggs

Creative Director

As Creative Director for YourMembership.com, Chériana is responsible for enhancing, promoting and upholding the brand image via web and print mediums; maintaining the corporate website, social media, and supporting the graphical needs of the software. With over eight years of industry experience, Chériana has designed and developed websites utilizing HTML, PHP, CSS, and built on Joomla! and WordPress platforms.

A graduate of The University of Tampa, Cheriana holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic media, art and technology with a minor in advertising and public relations. She is the Regional Alliance Chair for Women In Technology International (WITI) Central Florida Chapter.

Our client services team strives to anticipate your community needs, organizational requirements and pain points. We want to get beyond the question, to the cause. Ashwin D. Tutak

Director, Client + Support Services

As director of client and support services with YourMembership.com Ashwin oversees the day-to-day operations of the support department working to ensure consistent, timely and world-class support to all clients. In addition, Ashwin works closely with the development team to ensure clients’ needs are represented and communicated in product feature roll-outs and enhancements. Ashwin’s background includes over a decade in the IT field with experience in quality assurance, network administration, IT project management,
and IT consulting.

Ashwin graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He also holds an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Director, Content + Client Marketing

As director of content + client marketing, Christina oversees the areas of social and content marketing including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. She leverages social networks to disseminate content which engages the audience, increases top-of-mind awareness, generates leads, nurtures prospects and confirms YourMembership.com’s reputation as an industry leader. She serves as the primary content developer and curator for brand and corporate social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+.

Christina earned a bachelor of science degree in political science with a concentration in economics from Denison University.

I joke that I have the most rewarding job here – I help member-centric organizations make money with a renewable source of non-dues revenue. Directory Solutions is more than just an online guide. For our clients it offsets the cost of their membership management software. Revenue, savings and added value for members – now that's a triumverate to get excited about! Chad Slager

A division of YourMembership.com, Directory Solutions provides member-based and constituent-oriented organizations of all types and sizes with complete, comprehensive online buyer’s guides. As director of sales with Directory Solutions, Chad oversees the sales team, outlines sales goals and works with clients to help them receive a new source of non-dues revenue. Chad received a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary social science from Florida State University.
