Web Software Support
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person whose primary responsibility is to provide product support to administrators of our online membership management software. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as problem solving and critical thinking abilities. You must be able to work in a team environment. Experience with a support call center environment and ticketing system is a plus. Knowledge of online social networking platforms, HTML, CSS, DNS and standard web media are also a plus. Must work from our offices in downtown St. Petersburg, no telecommuting.
