Put an End to Your Social Media Efforts

September 18th, 2012 | Posted in Social Media and Business Trends

You’ve rolled your eyes for the final time. You’ve complained enough about cute pet pictures and talk about lunch. Have it your way. Give up on social. It’s okay. You tried your best. It probably just doesn’t work for your organization.

So… today stop:

  • Listening to member suggestions
  • Researching what others are doing

1. “This turn of events is unfortunate. We must accelerate our plans.” Change for change’s sake is rarely the right move. If you’ve tried and failed, moving more quickly to plan B is not a solution. Take some time to review why the failure occurred and what you can learn from it. Read the rest of this entry »
