Our software is flexible and allows you to create individual groups. You can create private groups that are by invitation only (perfect for Member of the Board groups) or public groups (with read-only access) that can be accessed without logging in/being a member. Public groups allow all of that group content to be public as well, which means it’s indexed by search engines.
And you can change the layout for all groups through customizable homepages utilizing an intuitive drag-and-drop layout tool. This gives additional flexibility and lends character and distinction between groups, something your groups or chapters are bound to appreciate. If your group or chapter wants a completely different look than the rest of your site, you can replace the group homepage with a microsite (or any custom page). This allows you to add a message from the chapter president or add the logo/icon for your chapter. It gives your chapters or groups some individuality amidst your organization’s branded space.
Not only is our group structure flexible to meet your organization’s needs, but also the activities that can be conducted by your groups may also be tailored to your business operations. You can assign members as group administrators; search and contact group members; manage group-specific events; create and manage group blogs and forums; create and manage custom content within groups; post and manage group photo galleries; create collaborative wiki group pages; as well as create group file libraries and resource collections.
Your organization can even allow Group Administrators to export their Group Members.
