Donation Collection + Fundraising Center
Our robust donation and fundraising system allows you to manage your campaigns with ease. You can add/edit donation funds. Each fund can contain custom donation fields and recurring contribution/donation options. You can set a minimum, maximum and pre-defined donation amounts on a per-fund basis. When creating funds you can also give them a GL Code or Item Name and make them visible or hidden. You can write a short description and a long description of your funds.
In our processing section you can search under status of the donation; a date range; an invoice number; date the invoice was sent; the payment option; donation fund name; even failed credit card transactions or a combination of any of these criteria. You can also save the query if you plan on running it again in the future as part of your accounting process.
Processing credit cards and pledged donations is easy. Plus you can mass email members who have donated (using multiple criteria).You can also manage the donations sequence from the backend of your site. Finally, you can export your donation information for use offline or in other third-party systems.
