Although our system is a fully integrated member solution that may sunset a lot of your disparate systems, YourMembership.com understands that you may still have the need for portable data. To this end, you have peace of mind knowing you can export member and non-member data, contact forms, event registrations, blogs, forums, resumes/CVs, even career openings.
You can also export detailed commerce transaction data for dues, donations and store purchases. You can then import member data into offline databases as well as transaction data into third-party accounting systems.
Getting your member data into our system is just as easy, as we allow for importing of member and non-member profile data including custom field information. We also have member matching so that upon import from your other system, you’ll quickly be able to identify the dupes and give your members the opportunity to claim their record without having to create one.
Although our standard import services work for most of our clients, should you find that you need more extensive help in performing a custom import, we do offer optional services to accomplish your goals.
