All of these administrative tasks can be accessed and processed from a link on this front page.
There is also a graphical depiction of member logins, messages sent, donations and store orders over time. Community blog posts pending approval are also listed in this space and can be accessed for approval directly from this screen. Our latest product enhancements and features scroll for quick product updates. There’s also a space where YourMembership.com reminds its customers of ways they can make the most of their site.
Statistics at-a-glance provide real-time information on the total number of registered members and nonmembers in your community; as well as total emails sent to date; total online store orders; total donations collected and total dues collected.
Finally, our syte.sensor™ gives you a real-time systems monitoring of your community’s activity, features and systems to provide instant feedback regarding your site’s health. The syte.sensor allows you to easily monitor open items in need of attention through a color-coded system. Feature indicators may be toggled on-or-off, so the results are a true representation of the health of your organization.
