The community power and control are yours – and we know that can be intimidating. That’s why we give you unlimited support and training at YourMembership.com. Whether you’re new to the product, have forgotten how to use one of our features or have a new staff member to train, you don’t have to worry about it. Training is on us as often as you need it with no additional fees.
You can also view, submit and manage support tickets from the backend of your site; allow or disallow certain admins permission to open/mange support tickets; schedule live-person training sessions and site audits; request site design changes and updates; view integrated help and frequently asked questions; browse best practice documents and training guides; and watch online video tutorials.
We typically launch more than 100 product upgrades and enhancements a year. You can be a part of this process through our crowd-sourced development schedule. You can submit, view and vote on new product features and enhancements through our Idea Box. Once those enhancements and features are live, you can stay on top of them by viewing the site update log from the backend of your site.
In addition to telling you how to do it, we also empower you with the tools to monitor your own progress. Use our syte.sensor to quickly and easily monitor the overall health of your site. The syte.sensor tracks your progress toward completion of community-crucial activities (which you can toggle on or off depending on your organization’s needs).
Finally, we’re all about community and that’s why we have one of our own – Unity, our free online community for site administrators to network and share best practices. After all, who knows the product better than the people using it every day? (Well, I guess we do but our users are a very close second.)
