With our customized form creation feature, you can set public or private access and security on a per-form basis; create forms in a myriad of different varieties including fill-in, radio buttons, multi-select, etc.; link to a form from within custom pages; and allow file uploads within forms.
Our custom form section lists all of the custom forms you’ve created in one location for easy access and quick editing, managing of the form fields, search/export of form submissions, even duplicating an existing form. There’s even a Quick
Find by Submission Number for those of you with extensive custom forms to weed through.
Upon creation of the custom form you can link it to any custom page within the content management system.
To decrease your members’ possible dislike of filling out forms (and to save them some time), you can add fields that auto fill data pulled from member profiles.
We didn’t forget about making your life easier, too. Administrators can view form data submitted via the administrative backend as well as process submitted forms and mark internal comments. You can edit submitted form data and export it as well.
